Lisa Aldon: Before moving into education and organizational development, Lisa Aldon had a 20 year career in engineering, serving first as Group Manager and later as Project Team Leader at design and manufacturing organizations including Solar Turbines – makers of industrial power generators and Honeywell. She holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering Tech from Arizona State University and a Masters in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego, where her focus on organizational development took her to the Basque Region of Spain to study and report on the Mondragon Cooperatives. Her ground breaking leadership model for Transcendent Leadership still remains the forefront for cutting edge leadership theories. Lisa is currently in Program Development at the Workforce Training Center of Central New Mexico Community College, instructor and an organizational development consultant.
Holly Hitzemann: For 23 years Holly Hitzemann was the President of Great American Stock, a advertising and photography firm providing graphics for over 8000 firms worldwide including Coca Cola, Pepsi, and Marriott. For the last 7 years since selling the firm Holly has taught strategic planning, marketing, critical thinking, environmental science, and business and society courses at the University of New Mexico, Central New Mexico Community College, and University of Phoenix. Ms Hitzemann has an undergraduate degree in pre-med, with a focus on physics and frontiers sciences. She also has an MBA and has been pursuing post graduate studies in environmental science. Holly brings over 7 years experience as well working with non-profits as both a teacher and consultant. Having been raised in several countries, Holly brings experience and empathy to projects involving countries outside the U.S.
Vincent Brandon: Bringing over 7 years experience in water purification and desalinization, Vincent will soon complete his degree in biochemistry at the University of New Mexico. A self proclaimed techie, he assists the For My Earth Project with the technical platform development necessary to make our mission work seamlessly and efficiently. Vincent also has a strong background in group leadership honed while in the Army and nearly three years experience living in foreign countries.
